Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Unused prepaid visits may be refunded or credited at the sole discretion of SNOWbirdz AZ, less any services already performed. Payment is due prior to the beginning of each service period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accounts with outstanding balances may be suspended until payment is received. Limitation of Liability SNOWbirdz AZ performs each visit with professionalism, reasonable care, and attention to detail. However, Home Watch Services consist solely of visual observations made during scheduled visits. Accordingly, SNOWbirdz AZ cannot guarantee the discovery or prevention of every condition that may exist within or around the property. SNOWbirdz AZ shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or claims arising from: Roof leaks or structural failures not visibly apparent Mold, mildew, pests, insects, rodents, or wildlife Theft, vandalism, trespassing, or criminal activity Storms, flooding, fire, natural disasters, or other Acts of God Utility interruptions Hidden or concealed defects Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or appliance failures Events occurring between scheduled visits Pre-existing conditions or deferred maintenance Clients understand that Home Watch Services are not a substitute for homeowner's insurance, security systems, or routine property maintenance.
